Enquiries and contact information

When you contact a division, the information you provide is used to assess and respond to your enquiry. This may include your name, business name, email, telephone number and a description of your requirements. Please do not submit debtor ID numbers, banking information or confidential account documents through the website form.

Division routing

Project enquiries are directed to info@melbeeseason.co.za. Collections enquiries are directed to admin@melbeeseason.co.za. Information may be shared with personnel who need it to respond to the enquiry or provide an agreed service.

Technical protection

The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie for request protection. A hashed technical identifier and submission timestamps are used to limit repeated submissions. Your analytics preference is remembered on this browser for up to six months using local storage. This preference does not contain your enquiry details.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only if you choose Allow analytics. It helps us understand visits to pages, contact-link activations and enquiries accepted by the website. It uses analytics cookies and processes technical information such as browser and device information, approximate location and a generated browser identifier. Google processes this information as a service provider and may process it outside South Africa. Read Google's privacy policy for further information.

Our analytics events use controlled service and division categories. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, enquiry contents or enquiry reference numbers to Analytics. Page addresses sent for measurement exclude query text and fragments. A contact click does not confirm a call, message or sale.

You can decline analytics and still use the website, forms and contact links. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Declining stops future measurement on this browser and removes the website's Analytics cookies. It does not erase information already received by Google. The website does not use Analytics for advertising personalisation.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry correspondence is retained for the enquiry and any resulting service relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact the relevant division using the email addresses above. Detailed debtor records should be exchanged only through an agreed channel.
